  2. As always, message and data rates from your carrier may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and UTBS is not liable for the cost of any such messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. You will not incur any additional charge for text messages sent by us to you or you to UTBS.

  1. The frequency of these messages is largely dependent upon the types of services being provided and the number of technicians and clinicians providing the services. For all questions about the Service provided, you can send an email to office@utbs.co.

  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to opt-out of SMS messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
