Billing Information
Utah Behavior Services works diligently to provide seamless operational support for you and your family’s services. If you have any questions or would like to speak to a member of our billing department, contact us or call (801) 255 – 5131 (Ext. 106)
- Billing claims are sent to insurance companies bi-weekly.
- Invoices are sent to clients Monthly to the email address provided on the intake packet.
- Payments Plan options are available upon request.
- UTBS bills insurance or other funding sources as a courtesy to our clients and it is not required. It is your responsibility to provide verification of insurance in the form of insurance card copies.
