Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments
  • Setting goals
  • Formulating treatment plans

  • Conducting parent and whole-family interventions

You will also be responsible for crisis response, case management, collaboration with external providers, and coordination with team members and leadership to ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, ready to work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide exceptional care.

Do you have a healthy disregard for the impossible? Are you brave enough to have uncomfortable conversations & transparent enough to cut out the B.S.? Do you believe in individualized treatment that is safe & fun? Can you dynamically take a theory, individualize & adapt it to your client’s specific needs? Can you skillfully coach in an effective style of connection that, win or lose, you are here for the whole ride?

We need a dynamic family engineer who builds clients up with high-quality, intentional, & realistic treatment. Maintaining a creative curiosity to solve the hell out of anything is a must. Someone who isn’t afraid to investigate and find the “hows” and “whys.” This is more than a career calling; it’s stewardship. If you want to become a better version of yourself, and show others how to do the same, then apply yourself, and apply today.

All applicants must have an active license and ability to practice in Utah, including BCBAs and BCaBAs. Candidates that are within six months of obtaining their independent licensure are also ensouraged to apply. All applicants must have a current driver’s license, pass a background check, work a minimum of 21 hours per week, show commitment to professional development through mandatory trainings, and maintain confidentiality about the clients, families, staff, and any other protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA.

Winning on our team means enhancing family dynamics through expert care, evidence-based methods, and staff or family training. Responsibilities include managing caseloads efficiently, adhering to contracts, and achieving goals tied to performance metrics. Timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans and interventions is essential. The position demands a commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and adherence to organizational policies. Collaboration, critical thinking, and fostering a positive workplace culture are key to success in this role.
