Training, events, etc: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible. Morning Shift, Mid-Afternoon Shift, and Evening Shift (at least three per week).

Job Description:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at UTBS, you will independently conduct 1:1 Behavior Therapy shifts, each lasting at least 2.5 hours, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your role involves addressing objectives outlined in the Behavior Service Plan (BSP) under the guidance of a Supervising Clinician and participating in supervision sessions to discuss the child’s progress and your performance. You are expected to collect and record data accurately, demonstrate creativity and flexibility in program delivery, and communicate effectively with parents/caregivers. You must complete all documentation professionally and in a timely manner, uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity, and comply with Utah and federal regulations relevant to ABA and mental health services.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

This is an entry-level position. All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, be 18 years or older, pass a background check, work a minimum of 21 hours per week, and maintain confidentiality about the clients, families, staff, and any other protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA.
