Hourly pay range: $31.00 - $44.25
Annually pay range: $64,000 - $92,000 (additional profit sharing)
Schedule: Flexible. Ability to work a minimum of 21 hours a week with three evening sessions per week (4-7 pm) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Job Description:

As a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) at UTBS, you will be responsible for developing, conducting, and overseeing the delivery of mental health services in compliance with the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL) standards and best practice standards in the behavioral health field. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments
  • Developing treatment plans
  • Conducting parent training
  • Whole-family intervention
  • Responding to crises
  • Providing case management services

This role requires collaboration with external providers and coordination with team members to ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery in line with federal and Utah state regulations, UTBS policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will hold an active license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) or be within six months of obtaining independent licensure. Applicants with a CSW, MFT, or ACMHC are encouraged to apply.
