Annually pay range:	$70,000 - $94,120 (additional profit sharing)
Schedule:	Flexible. Ability to work a minimum of 21 hours a week with three evening sessions per week (4-7 pm) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Job Description:

As a Behavior Clinician (BCBA or BCaBA) at UTBS, you will play a crucial role in developing, conducting, and overseeing the delivery of behavior analytic services within your scope of practice as defined by the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL) and adhering to best practice standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments
Setting goals
Formulating treatment plans
Supervising behavior technicians
Conducting parent and whole-family interventions

You will also be responsible for crisis response, case management, collaboration with external providers, and coordination with team members and leadership to ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must have an active license and ability to practice in Utah, including BCBAs and BCaBAs. Candidates that are within six months of obtaining their independent licensure are also ensouraged to apply. All applicants must have a current driver’s license, pass a background check, work a minimum of 21 hours per week, show commitment to professional development through mandatory trainings, and maintain confidentiality about the clients, families, staff, and any other protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA.
