Becca graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Family, Consumer, and Human Development in 2017. During her junior and senior years of college, she worked as a support staff in a center for adults with disabilities. It was there that she discovered her love for helping others acquire skills to increase independence and improve their quality of life. For her undergraduate apprenticeship she assisted in an ABA clinic teaching functional play skills to children ages 4 and younger using shaping procedures. After seeing the progress that these children made, she decided to pursue ABA as a career. Since her undergrad, Becca has worked with clients of all ages teaching them through play as well as Discrete Trial Training. Becca received her Master’s in Education with an emphasis in ABA at the University of Utah and soon after received her credential as a behavior analyst. Becca now works at the Riverdale Center and loves her job. During her free time you will find Becca playing with her dog and eating mint ice cream.
