Lucy received her B.S. in Special Education from Brigham Young University in 2016 and her M.A. in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. She has worked with UTBS since 2016, and with individuals with disabilities in a variety of capacities such as volunteer, teacher, and researcher for most of her life, including internationally across three continents. She is passionate about the power of behavior analytic principles to promote independence and improve quality of life.
