Rachal holds dual credentials in both mental health and behavior analysis as a Masters level Clinical Social Worker as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She joined Utah Behavior Services and became passionate about applied behavior analysis and the incredible results that can come from integrating the two. Rachal enjoys working with children and adults of all ages and believes in a biopsychosocial approach to helping families and individuals. Rachal is particularly passionate about expanding quality services for families in Northern Utah, where she and her family reside.
Sarah E. Sanders
Sarah Sanders holds a Master’s in Special Education and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2008. Sarah’s professional career has focused on working with families, and designing behavior interventions that strengthen parents and homes. She specializes in developing treatment and teaching programs for achieving skill growth and positive behavior change within an applied, home-based environment. Sarah supervises individuals seeking their own certification, and believes in the efficacy and power of a collaborative team. Her passion is preserving families and preparing individuals for independent living.
Natalie Whatcott has worked in the social services field for over 20 years, and has gained extensive experience in behavior management. She employs her background in social work and counseling to provide unique, effective parent support and education. Natalie holds a Master of Psychology degree, is a licensed School Counselor, and maintains Certification in Behavior Analysis.
