Anthony discovered he had a knack for making connections and working with children. He
earned a double Bachelor of the Arts from Weber State University in psychology (with an
emphasis on children) and accidentally in German (it was supposed to be a minor). He then
worked as a social service worker for DCFS. After wanting to impact the lives of children on a different level, Anthony participated in the Alternative Teacher Prep program to earn the credits, endorsements and licensure to become a mild moderate special education teacher. While teaching, he discovered there was more that can be done to help children with disabilities learn, gain skills and improve social interactions through one on one applied behavioral analysis interventions. He continues to work with kids in both capacities. Anthony has been a special education teacher for 10 years and ABA interventionist since 2014.
